Roots

Established in 1997 by Scott (Smith) Featherstone, DAC (Deeper Audio Cuts) was originally distributed by PHD out of London.

Largely thanks to Desyn Masiello, who has helped bring back these records to a new breed of vinyl DJs, Small Black Dots have picked up where PHD dropped off as our Distributor and re-launched the DAC label. The DAC sound was influenced from a mix of Acid House, Chicago House and Detroit Techno with a pinch of Electro.
